Our Story

In India, finding scientific mental health care is still overwhelming. That’s why we created Emotist, a mental health platform in India built to support both therapy seekers and mental health professionals.

Despite growing awareness, getting the right support remains difficult. Endless searches, confusing options, and logistical challenges often make care harder than it should be. Practitioners, too, are weighed down by admin work and lack of support, limiting their time and energy for clients. We saw an urgent need: a mental health platform in India that works for both sides of care.

Emotist is a platform designed for both sides of the equation: to make therapy easier to access for clients, and easier to manage for mental health professionals. We provide features like scheduling tools, secure communication, and resources to support every stage of the therapeutic journey.

We’re proud to be growing as a mental health platform in India that prioritizes ease, accessibility, and care. As a mental health platform in India, we’re committed to accessibility, inclusivity, and real support.

We also align with organizations like NIMHANS to stay updated on India’s mental health needs.

We’re still learning, growing, and aiming to build a better ecosystem — and we’d love for you to be a part of it.
